Coming in the future. We are now looking into creating a 'prequal' to the original 'Space Kitty' concept. Looking at the original characters from when they were children.

Space Kitty started off as a project by Simplicity3D Studios. infact, it was concieved of before the studio had been created. work started in earnest though after meeting with our now European collaborators, Art Strella. This work has been in part funded by the UK Department of Trade and Industry.

Work was started from scratch after new concept artists/cartoonist, Andrey Chesnocov was brought in. You can see more of his work at; http://www.sn-zoo.ru . The original concept remains the same though. The animation is centred around a cat called Ray. Somehow he managed to become captain of a space ship called the S.S Tigress. He may have the best intentions at heart, but he is somewhat accident prone, likes a good drink and is often found cat napping around the space station. His good nature somehow manages to pull him through all the scrapes he gets into.
